From Norwegian Waterfalls to Information Overload

What does a 20-day Scandinavian road trip have in common with my work at ITQ? More than I expected. From changing routes and dependable infrastructure to standing underneath Norwegian waterfalls that reminded me of the flood of information customers receive from technology vendors. A reflection on finding the right route, filtering complexity and why I’m looking forward to doing exactly that again with our customers and colleagues.
